All of our programs are designed by Performance Coaches who know what it takes and what works to maximize athletic potential! The VRT Fitness and Sports Performance training programs are scientifically designed to improve speed, power and agility – the three pillars of athleticism.
Degreed & certified coaches
A coach can make all the difference in the world when it comes to athletic performance. That’s why at VRT Fitness and Sports Performance we only select the best of the best when it comes to our training / coaching staff. We require our trainer / coaches to have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field, and to have coached at the collegiate level. Our trainer's / coaches also understand that while they should push clients / athletes to their limits, they should also lead by example, using positive reinforcement and identifying each clients / athlete’s individual learning style.

At VRT Fitness and Sports Performance, we train in groups of 20 or less. We believe that training in groups provides positive reinforcement, motivation through team work, and compitativness. Still ensuring personal one-on-one attention between coach and client / athlete, which ensures that each client / athlete will be able to get the instructions they need to improve.

Do I have to be an athlete to train at VRT Fitness and Sports Performance?
Absolutely not. At VRT Fitness and Sports Performance we have programs for males and females of any age, any skill level, athlete or not. Just looking to improve your fitness level? How can I measure my results from my VRT Fitness and Sports Performance training?
One-on-one meetings with clients, athletes, parents and coaches
Our trainer's / coaches will periodically schedule meetings with clients, athletes and parents to discuss the clients / athlete’s performance and improvement. This gives clients and parents the opportunity to better understand the program, exactly what they or their child is experiencing, and to determine the value of the program to their or their child’s fitness / athletic performance. As a part of many of our training packages, the client / athlete is tested at the on-set of their training to establish a benchmark and again after a set period of time to give you measurable results.
